Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the guest experience. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of bed bugs, cockroaches, unpleasant odors, and insufficient room cleaning. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and appreciated amenities like free parking, the recurring cleanliness issues detracted from their overall stay.
