Pros (+) Staff is awesome ... front desk, housekeeping and restaurant.
Cons (-) Rooms are beginning to show age. Time to look at remodeling rooms! Would be nice to have better lighting in the rooms .... both natural and electric.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, its cleanliness and comfort. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, especially at the front desk and restaurant, as well as issues with breakfast not being included or not matching the reservation. Several guests also felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing unexpected charges and dissatisfaction with amenities. While a few staff members received individual praise, overall service and value were common concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
