The facilities and staff were fine. The one horrible experience was waiting for the airport shuttle. We had to call 4 times and waited 1 hour and 20 minutes before being picked up for a hotel that is 15 minutes away.

Pros (+) The man who checked us in, I can't recall his name, was very helpful. He made it his business to go above and beyond. I booked online and the reservation was not sent through the company. This gentleman had it fixed in minutes. He was professional, helpful and spoke highly of the facilities. He assured us of our safety, during hurricane Matthew.
