Very informal company who doesn’t care about customer services the people who talked to me was the most disrespectful and disgusting person in the world if you are intelligent and don’t want to mess your vacation please NEVER NEVER try to rent a car with this company GreenS****t

I didnt like a single thing about my experience. They advertised a $6 a day rental that ended up being more like a $75 a day rental with the mandatory insurance they make you buy. The cars are older high millage vehicles that have probably been rebuilt. I actually had to return the first vehicle I received due to it having a head light out, so driving at night was extremely dangerous, not to mention having to explain to the cop that pulled me over for the head light being out. Also upon return they tried to blame me for a scuff mark on the side of the car, mind you they never do a full walk through with you they do one alone send you a video and pictures of the car highlighting the issues.I will never use this rental car agency again

Never book here!! The absolute worst. Said open at 7am, the lady showed up at 8:45am. Then she laughed in my face and said “you think the car would actually be that cheap?” And Proceeded to try and charge me 8x’s the cost online that my reservation was made for . I didn’t book the car and wasted money on transportation there and back

The company gave me a confirmation number, and when I showed up didn’t have a vehicle. So I had to Uber back-and-forth at a great cost for nothing. Instead of having an available car brought from another location they just said go jump back in an Uber and go to another location and see if they have one. The attendant at the kiosk was less than polite and I wouldn’t use budget Rent-A-Car if they were the last rental car service. Disgraceful.
