Cons: The car was dirty both outside and inside. Had to return because of low tire pressure. They did not have another similar car. Had to take that vehicle. Stay away.

Cons: I went back the next day to head questions but there wasn’t an English speaker available at the desk. English speaking would be helpful

Cons: Their custom service is very bad. They canceled our contract. They didn't even try to get gets a vehicle. Never again will we use Budget.

Cons: The fact they didn't honor my reservation for a convertible 16 days in advance. The convertible thing was a tradition my wife and I have had for years.The day after Thanksgiving we will rent a convertible and take the scenic route up the eastern coast of South Florida, enjoying the beach towns and the weather. When we arrived to pick up our car, the manager told us they didn't have one. When I asked to have them find an local Enterprise that did, she said there was none around. I asked if they had attempted to call me to inform me of this mistake they had made, and the manager mumbled that she had tried to call me an hour earlier. I checked my phone, and there was no call. She had lied. This will be the absolute last time I use Enterprise. They do not care for their customers. Period.
