Pros (+) The lobby was nice, but when we got to the room it was in very shabby condition. The metal blinds in the shower were all bent up, tiles had large pieces missing or broken and looked mildewy.
Cons (-) Clean the bathroom and replace items in disrepair.

Pros (+) Well located near miami beach. Rooms were clean. Food in the restaurant tastes good.
Cons (-) Hot water took a very long time to get hot. Lobby noise was loud late at night and could be heard right through the door like it was made of paper. Staff were alright but seemed largely disinterested. There is a mandatory resort fee. Cons (-) Very noisy, poor noise isolation of rooms. Small room and not very comfortable either. Also, ridiculous "hotel"/resort fee that wasn't disclosed until checking in for services I did not want. After considering all fees, the hotel is clearly overpriced for what it is.

Pros (+) The front desk person was really kind and helpful when our room wasn't ready for us to check in yet. They held our luggage for us and gave us options for waiting.
Cons (-) Yes, it looks all white and pretty, but the white had turned yellow on the furnishings, the elevator is super small, the rooms have hard floors so you hear everything and very thin walls. No easy access outlets for charging electronics and the one I did find wouldn’t even hold the weight of my charger and fell out so I had to prop my luggage in front. Pros (+) Great location. Close to everything in South Beach. Room was clean and easy. Bed was comfy. Maid staff took care of room very well
Cons (-) Front desk Staff was not bad. Just not very quick when busy. They didn't give us baggage tags when when checked out so it cause some difficulties when we can back to claim them.

Cons (-) DO NOT! Stay on the first floor, you will catch all of the lobby and outside traffic noise. No early check in.
