Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, and public transport. Many also mention friendly and helpful staff. However, there are frequent complaints about cleanliness, especially in rooms and common areas, as well as noise from nearby venues and the hotel's bar. Some guests are dissatisfied with value for price, particularly regarding deposit refunds and extra charges. Noise levels and lack of amenities are also recurring concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
