Pros (+) Great value with friendly staff; large clean rooms that are updated on the inside. Beds were comfy and the pool was clean. Kind of a cute old highway motel look on the outside. Across the street from a park that leads into the beach.
Cons (-) Kind of far from restaurants, about a mile north or south and defiantly in the tamer part of Miami Beach.
