Pros (+) don't reserve with them, they did many mistakes about taking money from my bank account, and the luxury way of showing the people pictures on the website is totally different then the reality. I poorly recommended. many other hotels are better than this hotel.

Pros (+) Never even stayed here. Got a call the day of check in saying that I couldn't be stay there because of "urgent maintenance."

Pros (+) The location is good if you want to be in South Beach and do not care about anything else.
Cons (-) Rooms are too small, very old motel. You can't control the a/c the rooms are freezing and you hear the constant air rattling through the one vent super loud. Small noisy beads. You literally have thin walls and hear all of the noise happening next door and outside. Zero customer service, checked in for 6 nights but checked out after one night. They don't refund any of your money.

Cons (-) You can't control the AC or heat. The first night it was blasting full force and we were freezing, even being from MA haha. I had to close the vent.
