Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location near the beach and city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, many were disappointed by the lack of elevator service, cleanliness issues in rooms and bathrooms, and unhelpful or unfriendly staff. Several guests also mentioned uncomfortable beds and problems with room amenities. Despite some positive remarks about value and a few friendly staff members, the negatives often outweighed the positives for many guests.

Pros (+) don't reserve with them, they did many mistakes about taking money from my bank account, and the luxury way of showing the people pictures on the website is totally different then the reality. I poorly recommended. many other hotels are better than this hotel.

Pros (+) Never even stayed here. Got a call the day of check in saying that I couldn't be stay there because of "urgent maintenance."
Cons (-) Never even stayed here. Got a call the day of check in saying that I couldn't be stay there because of "urgent maintenance." Even before this I saw many reviews saying how dirty & nasty this place was. False advertising on the 3rd party site I ordered from
