The staff was exellent and very helpfull and friendly. Always took care to make sure everything was good!. The room is nice and have everything that you need. It is also very comfortable and a great value for the price

It was clean and comfortable.
We went to the hotel after booking online, and were told on arrival that we had to pay twice the amount of the price illustrated through booking.com. We couldn't find anywhere else to stay as it was late on a Friday night so all other decent options were no longer available. There were other people with the same issue complaining but the staff were pretty uncompromising.

The hotel is nice. It is basic but is very clean and you have all the facilities you need. Strong Wi-fi, cleaning and changing the towels every day. It is 10 min walk by the city center and very close to Walmart and oxxo.
The sheets could be cleaner, cause they were stained and unfortunately we had the room very close to the front desk and it was very noisy every moment of the day.

Room got cleaned every day and we got new towels. Wifi worked well in the room. Bed was comfy and the a/c worked well. Free drinking water is a bonus! Staff was very friendly and helpful
