Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel’s central location, making it easy to access local attractions and the city center. Some guests appreciate the spacious rooms, good water pressure, and attentive staff. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as problems with the bathroom facilities, including lack of hot water and poor maintenance. Service is frequently criticized for unhelpful or unfriendly staff, slow check-in, and billing issues. Bed comfort is also a concern for several guests, with reports of hard mattresses. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and bathroom quality.
