Not only did I have to change rooms three times for various issues (security problems, heavy smoke smell), but I was up all night because people kept knocking on my door and the front desk would not answer my call to find out what was going on. Pros (+) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will only stay at Hyatts from here on when traveling leisurely. The hotel lobby staff greeted us with a smile each day. They were not only friendly, but extremely helpful. What a great bunch!
Cons (-) We had subpar housekeeping one night of our stay but the next day staff made up for it.
