7,9 Good
Pros: Beautiful design hotel with comfortable and comfortable hotel room. Technologies are very advanced. Fast Internet, which is not common in this region. Good hotel swimming pool. Great dinner. Breakfast will have a very personal and sympathetic attitude.
Cons: Relatively far from the historic center of Pula, which makes it difficult to get into if there is no personal transport.

6,3 Good
Pros: The hotel staff is friendly, especially the girl who was in the service at the time of the bike theft.
Cons: First night, immediately upon arrival, during check-in, the car was parked directly in the front of the hotel, someone stole ours e-bike from the locked bike holder. Hotel stuff needed almost 15h from the time when e-bike was stolen to provide us a security video! Upon arrival, an upgrade to the penthouse was offered for € 100 per night more than the original setup cost! Of course we agreed. The pool available in the penthouse was simply too cold to bathe, the phone in the room was not working, the transition from the inside to the terrace was only possible with a "ladder"! In short, for such money a disaster! None of the hotel leaders responded or even asked what we had resolved with a bicycle theft on the police, nor did they offer any compensation or discount for the fact theft happened basically on the yard of the hotel!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The team were so forthcoming and supportive. They knew the area and had great suggestions. The whole experience felt natural and very laid back. I enjoyed it a lot and so did my partner. Would highly recommend of seasosn as that's when we went. Incredibly relaxing and peaceful
Cons: To be honest I liked everything.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The interior and everything that surrounds the hotel is very stylish and lovely decorated. The location directly at the sea is breathtaking and everything was very quiet. The Staff was very helpful all the time and we felt very welcome.
Cons: The breakfast was amazing, however 20€ was a bit overprieced. For breakfast-lovers it's worth it tho. The hotel is located a bit outside of Pula and without a car it's a 1,5h way of walking. We used uber and it worked well. Just as a remark: a better lightning in the bathroom would be helpful for women to do their make-up:)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. This was an amazing experience and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The location by the beach side was so peaceful and very picturesque.
Cons: There were no cons to this stay. As mentioned above - everything was perfect !
6,7 Good
Pros: We stayed in the penthouse suite. Upon first viewing, it is very spacious with its own pool, and indoor and outdoor lounge area. It even has gym equipment. The penthouse consumes the entire top floor. Lower floors have 4 or 5 apartments. Now the bad part - It is not a place I can recommend staying at for more than two nights. While style is nice, functionality is critical. Like what? A list: Bathroom: no light in the shower; the bathroom mirror is hung so low, literally unless you are shorter than 5'2", you have to flex your knees to see yourself; no towel bars or toilet roll holder; no counterspace to put things on. Room: no table, desk or bed nightstands. The TV stand is all of 0.3 meters off the floor, so the TV is hardly visible. The furnishings are not coordinated. There are too many sofa lounges and no table or desk. To access the outdoor patio area, one must step on a rickety step ladder and climb onto the deck. There should be permanent steps to access this as there is loads of metal flashing etc to cut yourself on. Breakfast was lovely. The location is great. It is very clear that a lot of money was spent on the property. But from experience, I can say that the layout, allocation of space, furnishings and general items such as, towel bars are so noticeably lacking its is not worthy of a high score. I've flown somewhere between 4-5 million miles and have stayed in places of good to exceptional quality. Valsabbion is not among them.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Awesome ...
Cons: The bathroom Could have more counters for the Toilette articel for the ladies cosmetic...badroom light has Bad reflection on Black Surface exp putting on Makeup

Pros: I was given the wrong room on the first day - the next day, I had to wait a whole day to be transferred. they never said sorry
Cons: just about ur cash
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The views. Comparing sea and marina views, I like sea view better. The breakfast foods are delicious and have a lot of choice. Since I take vegetarian foods, the choice is ample. Hopefully in the future there will be halal foods provided in the hotel.
Cons: The location is far from the town center. The distance to walk from the hotel to the bus stop is quite far, and it will be more painful when the weather is not good.

Pros: The bar and restaurant area where clean and tidy staff were very good.
Cons: The rooms were not cleaned and we were there for 11 days. Towels weren’t very good and had to be changed every day
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful peaceful location - plenty of dinner options and incredible cocktails in the bar
7,0 Good
Pros: Loved the hotel x
Cons: Payment for hotel should be taken at the start of the holiday not just authorisation , got a bill at the end of holiday for 10000 kuna when I thought I’d paid the hotel , also customer with a tab should also get a receipt for items they have signed for so the customer knows roughly how much they have spent , many thanks for our stay .
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast food choices were excellent. The bar staff and entertainment team were fantastic, especially Marin, Dean and Nina. Loved the eclectic choice of sun loungers spread around the complex and also having the sea on your doorstep was fantastic. Location was great having a few restaurants/bars within easy walking distance and Pula town centre being a 15 minute bus ride away.
Cons: Breakfast room although seemed large enough it was still quite difficult to get a table after 9:00 and also coming home!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, very clean hotel, great breakfast/dinner, nice pool, incredible nature.
Cons: The beach was very nice but there was quite a lot of jellyfish in the sea. Still, the swimming pool saved the day!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely big comfy bed. Great shower. Staff were wonderful!
Cons: Bedroom a little bit small. There was a great variety of food on offer but it would have been better if the hot food was actually hot. I do not like tepid food. Salads were delicious though!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast had many vegan options and made me happy. Especially the variety of plant based milk.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, close to the beach and very friendly staff. The pool is very good, and the hotel has good restaurant and bar service (the breakfast is quite complete). Even though it's a big hotel, guests can easily relax, since there isn't much noise. Also, there's several facilities around for other activities.
Cons: The room (with a large double bed) was quite small, specially for a couple with more than one suitcase.

The service and dishes served at the on site restaurant were excellent and one of our best experiences in Europe!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had the mobile house just in front of the beach - it was looking completely new, shining clean, equipped to the last detail. Absolutely amazing, way beyond our expectations. The resort was beautiful and very clean. the beach is great as well. The resort has its own restaurant, which was very nice with reasonable prices and very nice service. The area itself is also beautiful and you can short trips and visit the great port city Pula.
Cons: No regular cleaning service in the mobile house, we had to ask to replace our towels and take out garbage, what was done only after 4 days. Such a place should have better children playground - there were only 2 old games for many children. Cutting the grass before 8am on holiday resort is a big NO NO!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: High quality, almost new mobile home. Fully equipped kitchen, air condition, wifi, tv, taras
Cons: second key would be useful
7,9 Good
Pros: The location is fantastic, in a quiet and calm area surrounded my trees and directly next to a stony beach with transparent turquoise water. Walking a few minutes along the coast, you can grab an incredible view of the sunset each night. It's so peaceful here that it's easy to get a great nights sleep (however, don't expect to sleep late any morning - the cleaners bang quite aggressively on the doors at around 9am). The breakfast offered is varied and good quality, in a great dining area overlooking the sea, although it finishes at 9.30, it could with being an hour or so longer as the staff can sometimes begin cleaning up immediately when you're still eating. The woman who served us at the reception desk was extremely nice, it's also great to check in to a warm welcome!
Cons: The facilities themselves are quite outdated, with many items in the room needing replaced. The hairdryers in the bathrooms for example, are clearly made for bald men, and the television is from the 90s. Like many hotels, when you book a double room, they combine two twin beds, however in this case, the frame of the beds results in a large gap between the mattresses, which can be pretty uncomfortable for couples. The room was clean enough, but the outdated furnishings give it a more dirty feel. The carpet in particular seemed to have our feet turning brown within minutes. The location also seems to hold events for large groups of teenagers, and on one of our nights, they were running around and shouting until late at night. However, we had complete silence for each other night, so perhaps this isn't frequent. It's quite overpriced for what is offered at the resort, I wouldn't recommend it if you do not intend to leave the hotel during your stay, however if you're just looking for a base from which to drive further south for kayaking and other watersports as we were, it's very well connected to the nature park.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very kind and helpfull. We stayed in mobil house which was situated almost at the beach. The accommodation is new, clean and practical, parking is right next to mobil house. Restaurant in the resort offers delicious food and nice service. Nearby Centinera resort there is a bakery, some other restaurants, shop, gas station and multiple ATMs.
7,9 Good
Pros: We were only there for one night so probably did not really have a chance to fully explore. Re epitome staff when we arrived was excellent, could not do enough for us. Swimming pool was large and warm, our grandchildren enjoyed themselves. The cafe staff were also very friendly and service good. Buffet breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice for everybody. Lack of somewhere to get a good evening meal for the last day of our holiday made us look outside the resort. They should improve that.
Cons: Everything could be a little better but it is very early in the season. Rooms and some areas probably do need updating.
5,8 Okay
Cons: The beach was far too overcrowded. This is why I would not stay there again. Plus only one person on reception at check out time. Long delay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast and outdoor restaurant overlooking the beach. Beautiful beach. Local taxi service [Centinera Taxi] was excellent.
Cons: No washer/dryer on premises.
7,9 Good
Pros: The sea and the nature around was just perfect. You can hear the sea-waves when sleeping - the hotel-quarters are just 10 meters from the sea-line. If you search for a chance to feel, see, breath and smell the sea and pines all the 24 hours every day of your stay in Chroatia - this is definitely the place. The breakfasts were reach with sufficient choice. Good wi-fi on the territory and inside the buildings.
Cons: Parking on the territory is a tricky-thing. Only a few parking lots are on the territory, the rest are just on the street next to the hotel. The rooms are not the newly-refurbished. The bed-cloths did not get changed even once through the week-time and towels are changed only once after we requested for it on the reception.
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice balcony with good view. Efficient climate control.
Cons: Cleaning personal shows up too early. We quickly learned to use the "do not disturb sign" every night.

7,0 Good
Pros: This is an unpretentious 2-star hotel, modestly furnished but quite acceptable and decently priced. The breakfast is reasonable, the Reception staff pleasant (well the days ones especially) - we had a bill issue that we only realised after we left; the hotel sorted it out very promptly. There are views over the port on one side of the building, but a little street noise; the rooms on the hotel entry side are quieter. We would stay here again.

Pros: Everything to be exact! The hotel persons at reception were excellent! I have never seen such warm and helpful persons at a hotel reception. The room was also excellent and cozy. But above all, I must express, the Food. The breakfast and the dinner buffet were just splendid! I have never ever have experienced such high standard of fooding ( not even in 5 Star Hotels). The ambience in the hotel and outside were also awstrucking! I remember, feeling so bad while leaving Pula on the last evening of our tour. Of course, Pula has its Magic, but without Hotel Pula, the Magic would have not spelled so much on us. I am more than sure about it!
Cons: There Cant be one single thing, that I did not like about Hotel Pula. It is a Perfect place to spend days in Pula.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The parking was free.
7,0 Good
Pros: Reading previous reviews we didn't set our expectations too high, but our stay exceeded our expectations. Location is reasonably close to the town and to the coast, with plenty of free parking spaces. Room was fine, with comfortable beds. Staff was efficient. WiFi worked very well (at this time of the year, off season). With the dinner beer, wine and soft drinks are included in the price, self service.
Cons: The building is a bit past its time and would welcome a facelift, but it's not too bad. We had half-board and we would welcome more variety of food from day to day.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The surroundings were so nice with the different beaches and nice restaurants.
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: The room was listed as "Entire unit wheelchair accessible", but was not since bathroom doors are narrow. Receptionist apologized and told us that all the rooms are the same and so she couldn't help. We were then on our own to look for another place to stay, despite the fact that I specifically requested accessible room during reservation two days in advance. It was not denied and so we believed everything is ok. I hope that accessibility will be removed from hotel description asap.

Pros: Hotel Riviera is an amazing old hotel with so much style and grace. Very grand and has a history to match. The rooms are lovely and big with a nice balcony and incredible views. Breakfast was well catered with a variety of foods on offer. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is located in a nice quiet part of town but close to everything with a beautiful park across the road and the harbor beyond.
Cons: It was very hot with only a small fan to cool the room. We opened the doors on to the verandah to get some relief. Sadly, this did not work. We were eaten by mosquitoes on top of being hot and no sleep.

Pros: Heritage building with great location, helpful staff.

7,9 Good
Pros: well located hotel, close to the old town
Cons: WIFI not available in rooms - hotel decor is also very worn and beds are not very comfortable.
5,1 Okay
Pros: Good staff, good price, and great location.
Cons: No A/C, rooms in poor condition and with a lack of any main facilities (no kettle, no wi-fi, etc). Beds were also VERY hard. Good enough for a night while exploring Pula, and at least the price point is right.

Long delay.
