Cons: I had a couple with loud voices next door but that didn't last long.

Cons: The blankets were very low on the bed so had to pull them out at the bottom to get them long enough to cover our shoulders.

Cons: had a hard time finding it. No phone # on reservation paper

Cons: The room was cold, poorly lit, slightly grimy feeling. After all the great reviews, we were really surprised. We could not bring ourselves to stay there. Try the Homewood Suites down the street, an excellent value.

Cons: They really need to get better coffee,no taste to it at all. Same with the breakfast. Could use a bigger coffee pot.

Cons: The parking spots directly in front of the rooms aren't the most friendly to larger vehicles. While the room is great, it is a bit small. Also, while the location is good, it is on a one-way street, which can make getting back from certain places confusing and/or cumbersome to new visitors. These are minor details, however; I would definitely recommend this place, especially for the price.

Cons: The neighborhood was less then ideal. Would not want my family staying there. I feared for the safety of my vehicle and my possessions inside it.

Cons: The location couldn't have been worse. Not only is it confusing to drive anywhere, but god forbid you try to navigate on foot-- this area is completely inhospitable to pedestrians. There is also little to speak of within walking distance; there is a truck stop caddy-corner that inexplicably closes at 8:00 on weekdays (and 4:00 on weekends!!), but the adjoining restaurant isn't bad. The TV was also a huge problem. While the channel selection was good, the stupid TV brand (LG) has an apparently hard-wired dimming function. This translates to the TV dimming to the point that the picture is too dark to discern, and it occurs randomly. According to Google, this is LG's "global dimming" feature, and it's impossible for a motel customer to disable. All I know is that around 11:00 at night, I could hardly see what I was watching, and this would continue throughout the night. It happened in 2 separate rooms, and was confirmed by staff to be a feature of the TVs themselves. Finally, I found many of the office staff to be quite rude. Kristin was an exception to this; she was very friendly and helpful, but other staff were rude and seemed disinterested in actually helping customers (especially in the case of the head housekeeper). As a final note, I see no reason a motel of this size doesn't have more than one ice machine. Their sole ice dispenser was out of commission the week I was there, which is incredibly inconvenient in a motel that doesn't offer mini-fridges. If you only have one ice machine, make sure you can keep it in working condition! The cost of a room here is already more than it's worth; at least make sure the amenities are functional.

Cons: Floor and bathroom wasn't very clean. Supposed to be non smoking but there was left over tobacco smell from the past

Cons: Smoking by lobby entry; sticky floor; non-functioning toilet; room stank like an old dog. Smoking within 5 feet of my room door and dirty parking lot.

Cons: To start off with, the trim around the door as you were coming in was two different color paints. Look like they’d start painted it and stopped. 2nd: the refrigerator freezer compartment needed to be depressed it it was so full of ice I couldn’t use it. Third: this was the dealbreaker, the chair in the room was so filthy that it look like it was something that couldn’t be cleaned and should be thrown out. I would not sit on the chair for fear of catching some weird wonderful disease. Fourth: the air conditioner didn’t work. 5th: electrical outlet without a face plate dangerous if you have children. 6th: the baseboard in the room only went halfway around the room. Look like they started putting in baseboards I never completed it. Seven: went to the desk told them that I could not stay in the room, they did offer me another room but after seeing this room I didn’t want to stay in this hotel at all. They would not give me a full refund, only half. I went to half a mile down the road to Motel 6 and found that it was clean and acceptable and I stayed there even though I had to pay for half the night at this motel. I have put in a dispute for the charge on my credit card. If I could figure out a way to put the pictures that I took of the chair, the electrical outlet, the refrigerator, etc. I would do it but I’m not techy enough to know how to put on here.

Cons: I couldn’t stay and have to leave and find another motel. There were group of man standing outside our room and drinking. We had kids and didn’t feel safe. Save your money and stay in a different neighborhood.
