Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and convenience to attractions, restaurants, and transportation. However, many were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of rooms, inconsistent or unfriendly service, and the lack of maintenance in facilities. Breakfast quality was frequently criticized, as was the comfort of beds in several rooms. While some guests appreciated the spaciousness and amenities, the overall experience was mixed due to organizational and upkeep issues.
