Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to the Haram and convenience for Umrah. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness and service, such as unresponsive staff, inadequate cleaning, and problems with booking or check-in. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and the breakfast buffet enjoyable, others felt the facilities and service did not match the price paid. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
