Pros: The people seemed friendly.
Cons: Everything was extremely worn to the point of disrepair. The sheets were terribly scratchy. The blanket was worn thin as the sheets. The lock was broken as well.

Cons: Reserved on app well past midnight, exhausted. We get there only to be told there was no room available for us, reservations or not. The charge still shows as pending on my credit card. We spent another hour and a half looking for an available room.

Cons: I booked a double queen and the put me in a single (for 4 people). Some had to sleep on the floor. All booked in surrounding area. Reservations were made a week in advance.

Cons: No pillow cases when we arrived, the hairdryer did no work, the iron barely heated up, no ironing boards, the bath room is in great need of new bath/shower floors and walls have cracked paint , the house keeping needs to be trained the thru the fresh towels in the bath tub instead of putting them in the racks provided. The intire hotel smells very badly.

Cons: This hotel was listed as 2.5 stars, but was a seedy, run down motel. The room was in serious disrepair, with the exception of the bed, which looks like it had been replaced fairly recently. There were a lot of issues that I don't have the space to address

Cons: Five minutes after being there some guy ran me down trying to force me to buy his drugs. A large roach would stare at me through the vent in the bathroom and the tub in the shower had a gross stain.

Cons: Tight parking lot, we got the last space. Rug under the sink counter and in the bathroom door had particles on it. The toilet seat and bathtub were peeling.

Cons: The room had a odd smell. The hallways were old at night making it hard to sleep. The beds could be a little softer.

Cons: The first room I was put into had not been cleaned. It was so bad I took pictures. There was still food in the icebox, the pillow had actual dirt on it and when I pulled back the comforter the sheets had not been changed. No surfaces had been wiped down and were sticky. There was also a large mass of medical gauze stuffed under the Edgar of the mattress. I was put into another room without so much as an apology. This will be my last stay at this facility

Cons: It was not well kept maintenance wise, no complimentary ANYTHING, the staff was rude and acted as if I or we were all unwelcome & unwanted guests , they never brought me a xtra pillow nor anything that I ever nicely asked for, very unprofessional and rude
