I originally called the store and never got an answer. Called enterprise and then got online and got a rental through this site. When I got there no one was on the phone or helping anyone, but per the manager, everyone had been so busy. They had no cars available. So this website was not updated correctly. They said they called me. They never cancelled through the site either as I never received a cancellation notification. I guess we’ll see if they charge me.

Absolutely nothing pressing I pre paid had every thing ready. I even called location to make sure all was good if I needed anything else so I could bring with me they said nope your all good we will have keys waiting. I get there they wouldn't rent me a car even though in pre paid, I needed another cc card which I did not bring so 2 hr trip back .If I pre pay for car let me use it.

Car and price was nice.Customer service was not great. Not friendly. Accused us of having animals in the vehicle even though we have none and are allergic to dogs and cats. Generally seemed unhappy to be working there.

Car was clean and easily taken care ofThe Avis pickup center tried to scam me on the gas tank, and also told me the car they gave me had better gas mileage than the car I ordered... it was 10mpg lower.

Volkswagen JettaThe trunk was spacious, the car rode well and smooth and handled fine. Gas mileage was good as well. The rental experience was smooth and quick.The pickup from a rolling start is poor and hesitant but this is not the rental locations' fault. Just not a car I would ever own.

FILTHY VEHICLEThe vehicle had not been cleaned and smelled like smoke. There was so much dirt and grime on the inside of the windsheild that I had to stop and clean it before I felt safe driving it as the dirt obscured my view. The outside looked as though it had not been washed in weeks. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money I paid at all.

I had requested a mini van for a long road trip...when I went to pick up the van , the only one with low miles also had a DVD system which I did not want or need...but I had to take it as all the other ones had 30K plus miles on them. I asked to not be charged the extra amount for the DVD system and was told that was not possible...which I think is really bad custormer service and a way for them to get more money out of me.

We had problems with the rental stranded for seven hours the showed it was hot with a picture of a cup of hot coffee it told us to pull over we called the closes hertz Mat the agent said he didn’t have any vehicles available and gave me the 800 number to call and ask for a double tow I called and the person said take it to the airport or the location I had picked it up I picked it up in Sherman Texas and the car broke down in Williams Arizona was closer to my destination Clovis California where I had a doctors appointment which I missed and had to reschedule my doctor is not in the office on Friday or the weekend I had to rescheduled for Monday which meant I had to extend my days with the rental two extra days I was charged $53 a day plus $12 late fees and $17 recovery fees the car had issues and if that wasn’t enough the air conditioning didn’t work the assistant at the emergency assistance told us to wait inside the gas station We waited in the car it would have been very embarrassing if they would have asked us to leave for loitering I am very disappointed I had hertz when I was getting the car in McKinney Texas the agents there were charging $36 a day
