Very clean and tidy.
Was hoping for breakfast with stay
The bed was really comfortable and the room was very big. The view is very nice also.
The Room could have been cleaner, the shower had some strays and there was an hair on the soap on the countertop. Also, we were on the 1st floor, not so far from the pool and both morning there was some kid running and yelling in the hallway which wake us up everytime. Next time I'll ask to be on another floor and it will be better.
Nice sea view and fresh air through the window. Good size room. Friendly staff. Good (crowded) restaurant on location, with some local products and good choice of beer and wine. The restaurant staff is friendly and accommodating. Free parking and swimming pool (did not have time to check the latter).
All these remarks need to be taken with a grain of salt considering it was a busy holiday weekend, and the hotel was fully booked. Still, that is not an excuse for a lower level of service. The room was not exceedingly clean, we found hairs on the pillow, trash in the bathroom, mold in the shower... overall an impression of rushed work, maybe the cleaning staff should be given a bit more time for each room, it would make a huge difference. A bit of bleach and elbow grease could make this room go from "meh" too "wow". The room is a bit dated, especially the bathroom. It could use a refresh, nothing drastic. Again, a small effort would go a long way, especially for a place that pictures itself as upscale. The fridge was way too loud, the thing is probably on its last legs, it whistles, vibrates, roars... it sounds like sleeping in a rail yard. I had to unplug the damned thing to get some good sleep. Soundproofing is not excellent, and, as it was a long holiday weekend, there were more than a few kids, with different sleeping patterns and lots of energy ... we heard running and shouting both late at night and early in the morning.
The location was great. The service was exceptional and very nice room.
The room was full of moths. Maids or a other guest had displaced the window screens. So when we checked in the room was full of them. Maids should pay more attention to details within the room,
