Free excellent hot breakfast with muliple choices. super clean Hotel with high end services.
Cons:Was unimpressed with booking service. Hotel was overbooked even though we had made reservations at least four hours prior. People that had made reservations with other online service only one hour prior were getting rooms. Didn't make sense. The poor front desk girl was all alone with a lobby full of people waiting. She tried her best, with little support from her team. After an hour, she was able to find us another hotel that would honor the price we had paid. While she was doing that, we were on the phone with on line booking service and they were no help. After an eight plus hour drive day, it was very frustrating to have to wait to get into our room 1.5 hours later. Situation could have been handled better by on line booking company.
Pros:The staff was so friendly, decorations and furniture were inviting and cheerful, rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, well taken care of, loved that the air/heating unit was out from behind a bed..usually someone has to suffer and freeze or be too hot because they are beside the bed, so this was a wonderful change!! Loved the weight of the comforter. Breakfast was amazing and seating was so comfortable. Despite the things we didn't like, I'd highly recommend this hotel!
Cons:The pillows were too soft for me, but others may like that. Needed more toiletries for 3 people showering and such and just a few more towels. And I didn't like that someone in another room was smoking pot and it filled our room to were we couldn't hardly breathe as we went to sleep. The shower curtain let water through while showering also.
Cons:The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The pillows are paper thin. No extra pillows were made available to us!
