Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and attentive service, and enjoyable breakfast, especially with views of the port. However, many were disappointed by the lack of pool access, especially compared to the neighboring Novotel, and noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance in some rooms and public areas. While some found the atmosphere and amenities pleasant, others felt the hotel did not meet five-star standards, citing outdated facilities and poor value for price.
