Cons (-) I couldn't find anything that we didn't like. The thing I can see people might not like is the "age" of the rooms and furniture, but you're nitpicking, in my opinion.

Pros (+) Restaurant was very nice for a small town and extremely friendly waitress.
Cons (-) Air conditioner in the room did not work at check in. When I told them about it they jumped right on it and got it fixed right away, great job.
