Pros: We arrived late and were greeted by Ms. Ferry. She took great care of us. Our 1 & 1/2 year old did not want to sleep after a long nap in the car so my husband took her out of the room so our other children could rest. Ms. Ferry (AKA Gigi) went above and beyond the call of duty. She helped my husband keep an eye on her and insisted that she run and play through the space. She got her some snacks and let her help her behind the desk. Finally after two hours (at 3:45 in the morning) she was tired and ready for bed. When we went down a short time later our toddler was so excited to see her friend again. I thanked Ms. Ferry and she simply told me that she’s a Gigi and she understands. Not just anybody would be that kind and patient in the middle of the night with a wild child running around. She was a lifesaver that night and we can’t thank her enough! The room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and we would stay here again.
Cons: The crib was in really bad shape. Screws were loose and several of the slats were falling off. It was scary.

Pros: The price was good and the hotel was close to the interstate
Cons: The outside noise from the interstate was horrible. We could hear people and TV's in the room above us, the rooms on each side and across the hall. The room was a bit shabby and the bed squeaked. Didn't get much sleep at all due to the noise and the squeaky bed. Breakfast was below par compared to every other hotel we've stayed in. It was confusing leaving the hotel to get back onto the interstate.
7,1 Good

Cons: Access from I 40 westbound was a little tricky after dark. Hwy noise until 10ish p.m.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great
Cons: Privacy
5,4 Okay
Pros: The rooms were very spacious - more like a small apartment. They were clean and smelled fine. The bed was pretty comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
Cons: The neighborhood is not a good one. I mean, I was paying around 60 bucks in West Memphis, so I wasn’t expecting much, but there were people fighting outside during the night, and definitely a few people strung out in the parking lot. The staff is not great. The lady who works the counter tried to charge me $30 for my cat - over half the price of the night! She eventually said she’d do $20, but since pet rates are not posted anywhere, for all I know she could have pocketed money. I would have gone somewhere else but they are no refundable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfy and room was clean
Cons: The pillows were small and not so comfy.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great and room was very clean.
Cons: there was no coffee machine in the room or small face towels
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I liked it, it was clean
Cons: Nothing
7,4 Good
Pros: I do like that the hotel was clean, no complaints about the rooms themselves. The price was also very reasonable.
Cons: The area was not the best. When you walk into the lobby they have glass between you and the person behind the counter. They also had it setup so they could lock the door and you could talk to them through a window, like at a gas station when you're in a shady area at night. It did not give me the feeling of safety to say the least.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Price and rooms are decent
Cons: Bathroom and towels could be cleaner
5,0 Okay
Pros: The only good thing is that the beds were clean and comfortable...but one small pillow. Decently clean and comfy bed was all we really needed, but...
Cons: Breakfast is two kinds of cereal and some teeny powdered donuts and packaged cinnamon rolls, and the staff puts out one or two at a time. NO WAY this hotel is worth the price they charge. It rankles to pay over $70 for budget hotel that doesn't at least provide a decent breakfast. Loud highway noise. REALLY strong perfume smell...as if to cover up other smells.

Pros: It had a bed and the location was great.
Cons: The room had a strange odor to it when you walked in. The air was off and it took awhile to cool down. There was a spider about 3 inches in diameter in the bathroom. That wouldn't die, no matter how many times you smacked it. It took a lot of self control not to freak out and leave immediately. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets had burn holes in them. The hotel room was very dingy, and there was a big gap between the door frame and the door. It is no wonder there were bugs in there.

Pros: nothing
Cons: Whole place was awful. If we were not on a tight schedule we would have looked elsewhere. I will not recommend any americas best value to anyone, even if you have better ones I would not. Get rid of this one with your name on it.
