Pros: Comfortable beds, clean room. After 3 days at an inferior hotel farther south, this hotel was a dream!

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The room was as also. Breakfast had several choices.
Cons: I stayed in a Hilton guarden inn once and your hotel reminded me of it as far as quality but they had a resturaunt/kitchen there that made your breakfast cook to order and had a full bar as well. Maybe something like that would step it up a bit but all in all it was comfortable and we were able to get plenty of rest.

Cons: There were many things that could have been better. 1. The lady that served breakfast didn’t show up. 2. Their “system” was down and they couldn’t check us out (I still don’t have a receipt the next day). 3. None of the doors in my room would shut. They would almost shut, but then you’d have to push in on them really hard, then pull up until it would latch. I’m a big guy and these weren’t trivial to get to latch. Both the room door and the bathroom door had this issue. 4. The room smelled. It was like a mix of sweat and animal. While the room looked nice, I couldn’t get past the feeling that it hadn’t been cleaned very well due to the smell. 5. The toilet was extremely loud and leaked just enough out of the tank to make it refill every 20 - 30 minutes. It was loud enough to wake you up.

Pros: Continental Breakfast, great selection. Nice to have sausage and scrambled eggs. Good source of protein.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfy bed. Cute decor. Spacious room. Very clean. Great breakfast. Free cookies. I could go on! Much needed after 12 hours in the car.
Cons: Onlyyyy thing we can think of that they could improve on was the pool towels. They were thin and little. I joked that my husband looked like he had a kitchen towel around his waist. Get better towels for the pool and they’ll get an A+!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Young red-headed desk clerk who checked us in was very friendly, patient & helpful in working out some reservation issues & special requests! Great hot breakfast! Clean rooms & comfortable beds! Loved the room-darkening blinds - great for a good night' sleep! My elderly dad stayed in a handicapped room - electric blinds! Hot, fresh cookies, lemonade, & water in the lobby! We had a very nice stay with a large group - enjoyed sitting in the lobby visiting!!!
Cons: It would be nice to have towel racks or hooks near the shower and an exhaust fan would help with reducing the steam after showers in order to put on make-up. Please put a sign or note in the handicapped room about the electric blinds; we had to call the office to figure out how to lower them. (He slept with them open the first night.) Also, I made several calls to the motel because I was in charge of reservations for a group. Ended up booking some online because of time, convenience, & lower prices; there needs to be a better system to help the desk clerks coordinate direct & on-line reservations. None of these are serious concerns; we had a very nice stay!
6,3 Good
Pros: The breakfast was very good. Dining area and buffet were clean. Room was clean.
Cons: Advertised as a suite and looked much larger in photo. Pull out sofa very uncomfortable, had to put mattress on floor. Housekeeping terrible. Didn't realize until my bill at check out that the room rate went up to $199 on Saturday night. $179 was already much overpriced for this room. It was not a suite, very small, tight quarters. Sofa right next to bed.
6,0 Good
Pros: It's nice when hotels have snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lobby.
Cons: I had 2 rooms. Both rooms had multiple burnt out light bulbs. The bulbs in remaining fixtures were of an absolutely inadequate light output. I had to move bulbs around in the room so I could read. Main fixture in bathroom was burnt out.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel, nice staff, great location, comfortable. I will make sure I stay here again when I travel, we got a king size room and it was huge, kids had plenty of room to run around after a 10 plus hour car ride. Front desk lady was very sweet. Great hotel! :) next to Starbucks too.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Not alot of variety, but good. Location was good and price was good. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Room wasn't clean. Carpet didn't appear to have been vacuumed and bathroom floor needed to be swept. Toilet wasn't very clean either. Heater was either on or off; no control. Would only give place 2 1/2 stars out of 5.

Pros: The location of the hotel in relation to the festival was very convenient.
Cons: The hotel itself is old, dingy, dirty and in need of a major renovation. It is BEYOND ME how it had a 4 star rating! Filthy carpet, mold, mildew and silverfish in the bathroom and the only staff who were helpful were the housekeepers. HORRIBLE!!
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location.
Cons: Having stayed there in previous years it appears that the hotel has gone downhill in the cleanliness and service areas.

Cons: Everything was old and dirty with a bad smell

Pros: check in was quick and easy. The people were very friendly, great to work with. Especially the lady who cares for stocking the Breakfast. She has worked there 30 years.
Cons: Old dirty floors. Hairs on soap dish in the tub. Holes in the sheets. Mushy mattress. Likely been years since they changed the carpet in our room. Will not go there again.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Ground floor and exceptional friendly staff
Cons: The heater was loud and noisy every time it came on.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: The bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink and tub weren't completely clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is an excellent value. The manager was very cordial as well as the entire staff. Would recommend to anyone.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived in the downing of snow. Coming in from Florida, it was like arriving to a winter wonderland. Also, being during the Christmas holiday, the hotel was decorated quite festively. My wife and I ate a nice dinner there before we settled into our room for the night. The room was beautiful, up to date and had nice view of the snow covered grounds. The room rate was exceptionally fair and I'd recommend everyone whom is reading this to know for sure, this is a 5 star property. I would love to stay there again one day.
Cons: The majority of the staff really lacked hospitality. I'm from the South, and from a tourist area. I'm use to making people feel like not only are they welcome, but how can I make you feel comfortable in your environment. My wife and I didn't feel that way while communicating with a few of the front desk employees and the wait staff was almost non existent but overall, other positive experiences out weighed any of the negative.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a nice roadside stay over. Cat friendly, 3 minutes off of I-24. Good restaurants walking distance and exceedingly friendly staff. A great value.
Cons: NA
4,0 Okay
Cons: We checked in after 10 PM. The lady said she had been there since 4 AM and gave us a room that had not been cleaned. I returned to office and someone over the phone was cursing her. She was crying. She did give us a decent room. Motel needs updating.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Easy access from the highway. Large room.
Cons: Smoke free room smelled like cigarettes. Found objects between the sheets so sheets were obviously not changed. TV remote missing. Couldn’t get shower to work correctly.

Pros: It was close to the highway on our road trip to Minnesota from Florida. Hotel was definitely clean and adequate for a quick overnight stay. Breakfast was good and about what you'd expect. Coffee and refreshing ice lemon water at the door was a bonus.
Cons: The only negative was probably the fact that in minor ways it was under renovation and seemed unfinished in a few places.

Cons: The floors need updating in a big way.

Pros: The price was right and it was somewhere to sleep.
Cons: Room was not clean, like at all. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and our sheets and bedspread were covered in cigarette burns (we were in a non-smoking room). Also, when a place advertises that breakfast is included, it should probably be more than just little powdered donuts and burnt coffee, just saying.

Pros: Nothing It said it provided breakfast and all they had was cold coffee and old donuts not good
4,0 Okay
Pros: Warm water.
Cons: Wasn't the cleanest. At 7:30 a.m. their "continental breakfast" consisted of 10 powdered donuts and 10 chocolate donuts which were all stale. In addition, there was no room to sit down.

Pros: I really liked the location. I also liked that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked that the room was very easily accessible. And that there was plenty of parking. Also liked that the locks on the doors actually worked!
Cons: The motel is very rundown. The parking lot is full of potholes and trash. The front office is extremely small and certainly not able to handle several people checking in at the same time. The breakfast area and the complimentary breakfast is a joke! There was only coffee, juice and stale donuts (or muffins) available. And even that was limited!!

HORRIBLE!!

Pros: The location.
Cons: Having stayed there in previous years it appears that the hotel has gone downhill in the cleanliness and service areas.

Pros: This is an excellent value. The manager was very cordial as well as the entire staff. Would recommend to anyone.

Cons: We checked in after 10 PM. The lady said she had been there since 4 AM and gave us a room that had not been cleaned. I returned to office and someone over the phone was cursing her. She was crying. She did give us a decent room. Motel needs updating.

Pros: Easy access from the highway. Large room.
Cons: Smoke free room smelled like cigarettes. Found objects between the sheets so sheets were obviously not changed. TV remote missing. Couldn’t get shower to work correctly.

Pros: The room was clean; staff was friendly; the free breakfast was good and hot.
Cons: It would have been easier if the room had not been almost down to the end of the hallway. At my age and with a hip problem less walking helps.
