Pros (+) Location! Staff were quick to fix issues.
Cons (-) We had to switch rooms due to our non smoking room smelling like smoke. We were also not provided bath towels, only hand towels.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the train station and Old Town. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and several reviews noted the hotel offered good value for the price. However, cleanliness was a major concern for some guests, with reports of dirty rooms, stained carpets, and maintenance issues. While the room sizes were generally acceptable, the overall condition of the property was described as dated and in need of updates.AI-generated from customer reviews
