Pros: Bernadette and Andrew were incredibly sweet and very welcoming. They thought of everything and were very accommodating. Strongly recommend if you like that personal experience and having a place that doesn’t feel so much like a hotel. We sure did!
Pros: The hosts provide such amazing personal attention from check-in to a customized breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, only a few minutes from the airport and close to a great pub and shopping center. Will stay here anytime we're in Dublin!
Pros: Location is very convenient for the Dublin airport and easily walkable to village of Swords. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us valuable information about the surrounding area and suggestions for restaurants and pubs. Accomodations were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We needed to leave prior to the usual breakfast time and the hosts agreed to serve us early. Highly recommend!!

Pros: Rooms were Surprisingly a lovely size and reception staff when I check in and had rang her an hour before were very helpful. She even had 4 rooms ready early for me so i wish I could remember her name but hopefully you can find out for me and say a big thank you x i had stayed in the Druid’s Glen hotel the night before and your hotel staff were far nicer and efficient
Cons: The breakfast being served in the bar. I was at a function there on new year’s even and it was a lovely room so I don’t understand why breakfast couldn’t be served in there as i dont feel a bar gives you a hotel feel
Pros: Room was lovely and warm. Bar staff very efficient and friendly.
Cons: Bath was dirty - dust and razor lid left on edge of it. Cleaning staff were very loud in the halls in the morning. Could hear their full conversation from the room.
Pros: Great room great location. Food is lovely as always.
Pros: Everything is excellent
Pros: Great staff and the suite is is worth the money, gorgeous.
Pros: Very comfortable, great food ,lovely staff, beautiful hotel in lovely countryside location great value for money

From Premier Inn Dublin Airport it´s only a 10 minutes drive to the airport and 12 kilometers to the center of Dublin. Facilities include reception, bar, restaurant, conference room, WiFi and parking. Rooms with bathroom/shower, hairdryer, telephone, TV, WiFi (extra charge), iron, trousers press, tea/coffee maker and air conditioning. Dublin, Ireland
Pros: Proximity to the airport
Cons: Dirty room, poor front desk service, ice cold room that wouldn't heat up.
Pros: Basic but basically clean. Would make a great Motel 6. Free parking is a plus. Very convenient to Dublin airport and there is an airport shuttle.
Cons: Staff was efficient but not hospitality industry oriented. No fridge in room. Overpriced breakfast. No wash cloth.
Pros: I like it is close to the airport and has parking.
Cons: The room was freezing. I had the air con on at 31 ALL night to try to warm up, and it didn't warm up. I was nearly refused check in because to the question " are there 3 adults" I absent mindedly answered yes, although there was a teenager with me. I was informed quickly that it is against hotel policy to have 3 adults in one room. This is a CRAZY policy which I have not experienced in other hotels. An over 16 is considered an adult. This means if I wanted to stay with my two sisters, although the room has plenty of beds, I would not be allowed this. Because this is their policy and because I think it is a money making policy (as you would have to book two rooms for 3adults,) and is a crazy and ridiculous policy, I will never stay with Premier Inn again and will actively inform others of this ridiculous policy. The most ridiculous thing I have heard in a very long time.m
Pros: The price. The staff. The location.
Cons: We asked for adjoining rooms as we were 5person family, but told wasn't possible. Lighting in room was very dull. The food in the restaurant was very poor quality for the cost, mostly for evening meals. Breakfast was good.
Pros: I had a disabled room but the bed was so low I had great difficulty getting out of it. In the restaurant I had a disgusting, gooey, undercooked pizza.
Cons: The bed should have been higher in a disabled room. The chef should learn how to cook pizza crust properly.
Pros: Everything. Just perfect
Cons: The room was very cold when we arrived. The heating wasn’t on. And was very uncomfortable. The heater in the room also didn’t work!
Cons: Could have had more Shower and bath Stuff..
Pros: Fantastic location and super friendly hotel

Pros: Easy get to airport.

Pros: Staff and heating in room
Cons: The bar staff were abrupt
Pros: Great breakfast, good location, friendly staff, will definitely stay again.
Pros: The property is well situated, just a short walk from shops and pubs. Just a bus journey away from the city. Very clean comfortable rooms. There is a night club at the hotel so if you don’t like club music ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. The music can be heard in the rooms at night. I stayed in 205 and could hear the thud from the music.
Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like except for the club music.
Pros: Staff all very nice and helpful
Cons: Loud music from outside nightclub
Pros: Loved the built in tea cozy; bed was comfy but I was exhausted; it was not great.
Cons: Would be nice if I didn't have to pass through smoke...looks like all Irishmen smoke!

Pros: Hotel is very nice with the the amentities of a golf course hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice and well maintained. We had a room with two beds that were more than adequate for our needs. I think this is a good value hotel and it is convenient to the airport without being too close.
Cons: The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the entrance to the hotel. There is no good way to turn your car around to head back to the parking lot. After you get back in your car you are pointing to the back of the hotel and it is very poorly designed as there is no good way to head towards to parking lot.
Pros: Staff were wonderful and we had a lovely relaxing 2 night break.
Cons: Restaurant was closed while we were there over Christmas. The bar menu was not the normal menu. It was a limited menu with a very poor selection of main courses.
Pros: Location, nice countryside location, close from the airport
Cons: Restaurant was closed because of a convention, bar was busy and food really long to be served and not much choice

Cons: Just a basic compact room. Very noisy but great location. No facilities. Wouldn't stay again but was grand to rest the head after a night out
Cons: Staff so rude da bar man even said so sorry 2 me he could c what was happening
Pros: Really nice lounge with decently priced meals. The staffs was very helpful.
Cons: Check-in was only possible online and not right at the reception desk. Then the payment process with credit card caused confusion inlcluding a necessary refund. Checking-in offline should be easier.
Pros: Staff and. Service. Excellent. Food in. Bar very nice
Cons: Check in was a bit awkward having the hang around the bar to get sorted
Pros: The room was clean and peaceful - far, far nicer than what I had expected to get for the price I paid - and the staff were exceedingly nice! The pub downstairs had a very friendly atmosphere, too.
Cons: I wish my stay had been longer!

Pros: Nice to have a full sized room and bathroom after the economy rooms of Italy. Water was nice and hot!
Cons: The WiFi is available if you are willing to enter your email and password. Our bathtub was elevated. Stores & mall were about a 10 minute walk away if you didn’t have a car. The shuttle from the airport ends at 23:00.
Pros: Swords was an interesting village and was close to the airport. Great shuttle to and from the airport.
Cons: The hotel had very thin and flimsy walls. We could hear everything going on in all rooms around us and across the hall. We didn't feel like the hotel was secure. Anyone could walk in and out with no security or access card or key. Very loud most of the night. We changed hotels for our return trip to Dublin.
Pros: The location. Was very close to the airport
Cons: The receptionist was on her phone, taking personal calls that lasted about 10minutes and i could not get the help that i needed.
Pros: Restaurant food good
Cons: Everything room basic and I mean basic for €129
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic, the room clean, bed comfortable.
Cons: It was very difficult to adjust the water temperature of the shower. Could not get the wi-fi to work in the room in the morning. As there was a charge of €5 per device for a 24hr period this was disappointing. There was no trouble connecting to the wi-fi in the breakfast area though.
