Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciate the hotel's excellent location, elegant architecture, and cleanliness. Many reviews highlight the friendly and attentive staff, spacious rooms, and beautiful facilities. However, some guests were disappointed with the service, particularly at reception and concierge, and noted issues with outdated renovations and value for price, especially regarding breakfast and spa access. The pool and breakfast receive mixed feedback, with some finding them underwhelming. Overall, the hotel is regarded as luxurious and well-maintained, but service and value could be improved.
