The room - it is very old.

Close to the nightime action and the beach. All the staff were very helpful and those in the dining room were very frendly and efficient. The food was far in excess of my expectations. Kathy Hofman, the PR lady, even arranged a cold supper for us as we were late arriving.
The bedroom needed a coat of paint but I wouldn't moan as the price was right, as was everything else.

The hotel has an excellent location,very close to the sea, altough has a swimming pool too.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was perfect.:)
The rooms need some repaint here or there, and maybe some pictures on the wall or something not to be so plain.

“Good kid friendly hotel in the middle of Magaluf, so good Location if you want to mix the family and party together. Beach not far, but can be crowded during season. hotel itself is decent, but can do with a bit of focus on room when allocating them to family. We was given a double room and was told thats the family room, considering we booked two rooms for a family of 7, though i manage to upgrade them for a fee and was happy with the new rooms.”
