Pros: Nice building and swimming pool. Room very wide room and clean. Very close to blue temple. Good choose
Cons: Breakfast time closing before 10:30 am instead what they indicated. Be careful. A bit far from ventre of the town.
Pros: Peaceful location with beautiful view onto the river, riverfront balcony room was huge, pool was lovely. Mattress toppers available to slightly soften the typically firm bed
Cons: It doesn’t have a lot of rooms but spaces are large so it doesn’t feel intimate. No mosquito repellents or coils provided and verandah door not screened so hard to use the verandah. Had to keep the air con on and door closed at night.
Pros: The location is near the Kok river, It make me feel relaxed. The room is big when comparing with others. The breakfast is quite good.
Cons: The location is a bit far from the city center but it would be ok if you have your own car.

Pros: Really nice property and the staff are lovely!
Cons: The coffee at breakfast is slow.
Pros: I was there year ago and again, I loved everything there. I wish other hotels will be like this one. Very polite and professional staff, good English. Rooms are clean with nice smell. All the time drink and snack for free in the lobby. Very good breakfast, too big choice. Shuttle to the city and the airport, plus complimentary snack by check out.

Pros: beautiful garden, warm people
Cons: location, far from main attractions
Pros: Clean, staffs and owners are very nice.
Pros: Good food and cheap
Pros: Beautiful pristine kept homestay with a great pool.
Cons: Food was lovely but lacking any cheap options for those trying to save a bit of money.
Pros: The staff was amazing and the property was clean and well looked after. We loved the nice details of the mini fridge, the bathrobes, the room and the air-conditioning all perfect.
Cons: Some of the other guests were very rude but as the hotel you can't do much about that.
Pros: Amazing place - quiet, beautiful, awesome room that was large, comfy and well equipped. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and even whipped us up a snack quite late at night. There are some lovely walks you can do from here. pool looked great, food was delicious - lots of fruit, coffee etc. REally thoroughly recommend this lovely place.
Cons: i couldnt get the hot water hot enough. I think there was a trick to the little box that i didnt work out.
Pros: Very nice homestay. We rented bikes (also an e-bike) from the owner. He gave us a very good description and a gps. The homestay is 4 km outside the centre of Chaing Rai but the owner goes 3 times a day to the centre for a small price per person. Very nice people.

Pros: New comfortable rooms with good beds, perfect bathroom with a really nice hot shower, beautiful pool, perfect location for exploring Chiang Rai! At only 2 km from Central Plaza, local restaurants nearby.
Cons: Staff was friendly and polite but seemed not really interested. We could understand that because while we stayed 4 nights many guests only stayed for 1 night. Breakfast was good and extensive but we missed a good coffee, really a minor problem. We didn’t like the filtercoffee which was always available, the espressomachine was not always working and even when it was the quality of the coffee was not great. This gave us a good excuse
Pros: I have visited this resort last couple years ago. I was so surprised with the new room renovation. You did a great job. Well done Laluna. I love the garden and the pool here. The hidden oasis !!. You cannot really find a nice beautiful and big pool like this in Chiang rai city with reasonable price. The breakfast is good cater for western and asian. We will definitely come back again next time.
Pros: Location, breakfast, ease of checking in and out
Cons: A loud deep humming sound maybe from the aircon in room 118
Pros: Nice hotel, clean, very helpful and friendly staff.Breakfast was very good .
Cons: Hotel is not that close to the nig
Pros: Clean, Quiet, Charming
Cons: Could be closer to downtown - but I guess I knew this when I booked it.
Pros: The plants, spacious room, breakfast and cleanliness
Cons: A lot mosquitoes at night
Pros: Good position, comfy mattress and good wifi
Cons: Very noisy construction works start at 08.30 sunday morning. Ruin my day.
Cons: I loved it.
Pros: Amazing breakfast and beautiful gardens
Pros: Absolutely everything else, it was an amazing stay, very accommodating
Cons: Pay for printing boarding passes (could only check in whilst in Thailand so not possible to print at home), could have been complimentary in such a nice hotel
Pros: I have stayed in this place a couple of times during the last years. This time I enjoyed even more than earlier. The room was by the pool and super clean and comfortable, huge TV, perfect Wifi, efficient A/C, kettle, safety box etc. It seems that they are renovating rooms at the moment and mine was earlier done. The garden is every time more and more beautiful and the pool area is really peaceful and enjoyable. The area is also very quiet, only once I heard some noise in the night. The breakfast is really nice with a lot of choices, both Western and Thai, eventhough the thai dishes were a bit bland.
Cons: The location is a bit out of the center, but there are a lot of tuk tuks available in the area. And actually the center is with in a walking distance, just follow the road outside the hotel.
Pros: We have stayed here many times now and with the newly refurbished rooms, this is truly a gem in Chiang Rai - very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, great shower and lovely pool - bliss
Cons: Chamber and room cleaning staff could be a bit quieter - particularly round the pool area

Pros: Staff was so helpful!
Cons: It was all great!
Pros: Nice and comfortable rooms. The buffet breakfast was yummy! Staff friendly.
Pros: Greenpark is truly a peaceful little green park in a quiet neighborhood. It's about a twenty minute walk North to city center and a twenty minute walk South to the very modern Central Plaza Mall, which is overflowing with restaurant choices. All rooms are spacious and spotless. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we found in our three weeks in Asia. Huge kudos to Manager Kevin who guided us to so many great activities - calling the best Grab driver ever, Mr. Tien, for us; securing a reservation at the amazing Chivit Thamma riverside restaurant; getting us a reservation to the non-profit Elephant Valley Sanctuary. Khob kun krub Kevin!
Cons: We should have stayed longer and rented a scooter to explore!

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Pros: The location and setting was beautiful, lots of green and great views. The rooms very spacious and very nice with a great view from the terrace. The breakfast was great as well.
Cons: The food prices were rather expensive and when we were there quite a few items from the menu were not available.
Pros: Phu Chaisai is the result of the owners’ long-term vision. I’ve been going there for 20 years now and it still strikes my as the most wonderful resort in Thailand, and amazingly it gets better every time.
Pros: the view that is about it. the rest well it's just not worth it, it really is not.
Cons: the pool was filthy green and would get you sick if you swim in it. they use unfiltered lake water in the bathrooms and shower so good luck with the brown water. the dinner cost more than the room and it was not nice there were holes in the screen and the mosquito net the place is really overpriced and we have no idea how they got so many good reviews. we canceled our 3night stay and moved to the resort just five minutes away with real big villas modern and suer clean to top it all of it was cheaper also how this is possible I have no clue. I found this place to be the most misleading place I have ever stayed in and if you check my profile you will see i travel and stay at hotels all the time.
Cons: Quality of bed, not enough light in room, not full set of amenity & too expensive Thai food
Pros: Location was very picturesque, but access is challenging. Breakfast is very good. However, The service could be better, given the price.
Pros: Rustic back to nature simple resort . Great option for some different .
Pros: Every visitor here is made to feel like they are their special best customer

Pros: The wonderful Zen atmosphere. Everywhere was calm and laid back.

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Pros: General layout is nice. Low rise building makes it like staying in a resort. Good water pressure. Plenty of parking spaces. Short walking distance to the shopping mall.
Cons: Room is quite dated (but clean). In-room slippers should be disposable for better hygiene. Breakfast should offer more local, northern dishes.
Pros: Location for urban if shopping at department is prefered.
Cons: Room is o.k but not that boutique style.
Pros: I chose this hotel mainly becos I was visiting friends in the village and through a family member recommendation who had stayed here before . It turns out fine. It may not be a new hotel but I must say, the staff that we met along the way are very friendly and helpful .We had a pleasant stay . Thank you .
Cons: I do not really dislike . Rather , some bits and pieces can be improve . Example the sink below . There is a very thick silicone all glued on the piping below makes it very unsightly for hotel standards. Could have done it in a more professional way ! And the cabinet that hold the sink is purely wooden . As it is a washing basin, it will definitely spill water onto the wood . Sooner or later , the wood will damaged . Can use some nice water resistant tiles to glue on the wood to have a more modern feel .
Pros: Lovely hotel in the right location. Nice and quiet. Staff were amazing and room was off a good size.
Cons: Not having a bath and the noise from the night club was a bit loud sometimes
Pros: Nice quiet hotel, rooms are big and clean, with all you need, the pool area is really nice
Cons: Aircon making loud noises at night, had to turn it off to sleep and key holder was broken

Cons: The bathroom doesn't separate into wet and dry zone.
Pros: Friendly staff, nice room and a lovely pool.

Pros: Incredible location. Super comfy, and clean, Very helpful staff.
Pros: The location is superb! just in the middle of everything, a minute walk from the night market. Also, the rooms are good, the beds are very comfortable. Great hotel for staying in Chiang Rai. The staff is always friendly and attentive.
Pros: Hotel was a great location, short taxi away from the white temple. A 2 min walk to the night Market and it was surrounded by places to eat and drink. The pool was great but freezing cold as the whole pool area never gets any sun at any point in the day. Great for a short 1/2 night stay. Breakfast was great, lots of choices from an English breakfast, rice and stirfrys to fruit, pastrys, and yoghurt.
Cons: Hotel was clean but room wasn't very clean, the towels looked dirty and had stains on them and there were long black hairs in the room. The window/door lock didn't work and had come off its runner.
Pros: It is located on city center, nice music in lobby and restuarant. Calm place, very good breakfast.
Cons: It is a little old
Pros: Location is great, nice service, nice breakfast

Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and an elevator. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a bus station shuttle.
Pros: Phowodol seems to be an older resort, but well maintained and looked after. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a bungalow room, but a little disappointed to find that the 'double bed' was actually 2 singles pulled together... Buffet breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices...a little busy, as there were some tour parties staying overnight, but enjoyable nonetheless!
Pros: The room was huge with a romantic vibe. All the deco was nice and the room had a lot of natural light. A very peaceful place. The pool was nice as well.
Cons: The food from the restaurant is not the best. It was pricey and the western food the worst... Please never order the pizza.
Pros: Cottages made in wood
Cons: Breakfast was very limited and nothing special or fresh.
Pros: Loved being there.
Pros: It is comfortable and it has beautiful gardens.
Cons: It is far from the city center.
Pros: Surrounding is quite nice and pleasant.
Cons: Room is too dark as if they want to save on lighting!
Pros: Being up graded.
Cons: Drinks prices.
Pros: nice room size environment space
Cons: it is a pity that such a place is so out to date. Certainly needs more maintenance and many improvements on the installations. Has a wonderful area, surrounded by gardens and nice trees, but the status is quite poor. Breakfast's food quality is bad The swimming pool was really dirty
Pros: The serenity and tranquil environment
Cons: After a week the breakfast food could be more varied.

Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Location, pool, price, service.
Cons: Massage staff couldn't speak English to us.
Pros: Location. Surroundings
Cons: Housekeepers are very very noisy from 7am. Want to clean rooms and shout to each other.
Pros: The rooms were large, a good soft bed, the staff were polite, there was a band in the dining room and the resort was in a very nice setting. We were disappointed the pool was closed as this was one of the main reasons we came to the resort. When we mentioned it to reception they were understanding as gave us some money to use the pool in another resort. All of us enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Pool being closed. I think hotels etc should have to state pools are closed for maintenance as many people go to a place because of the facilities
Pros: Great room value. Polite staff. Beautiful surroundings and well kept gardens.

Pros: This was the second time in this place and much better than the first one. The wifi functioned perfectly during my 4 nights stay. I was also happy for the breakfast, evethough the Thai dishes were not always above the average, but there were every morning at least omelette and wide range of fresh vegetables offered. Super plus for the gym and the pool area! I was also happy for the front desk staff as well as for the cleaning ladies.
Cons: But the noise! It is funny that the "better" rooms (more expensive) are facing the parking place. As this is a short term stay hotel there are cars, busses, minibusses, motorbikes etc. coming and going all the time, from the early morning till late evening. It seems that they are also organizing some weddings and other noisy karaoke- events in the restaurant. But overall, a rather good price/quality ratio.
Pros: Breakfast okay. Staff very helpful. Food store outside resort at night. Nice comfortable stay away from the city noise n crowd.
Cons: The water cold at the pool. Not able to stay long in the water.
Pros: Breakfast was very delicious and multcoloured!Swimming pool perfect,Gym was same(well-equipped)ETC.....Very Perfect,Thank You!

Pros: The kindness of the employees
Cons: There were some expansion works going on bu thé pool
Pros: The grounds were great. They had a lot of outdoor seating areas and it was a tranquil environment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped us navigate the green bus website to book our tickets for the next day.
Cons: The rooms were basic but good.

Pros: Staff were helpful
Cons: Slower lacked force
Pros: 15 minutes to the city centre by walk, quiet area, good for oversleeping
Cons: Quite rude staff, older equipment
Pros: Good massage place right around the corner.
Cons: Wifi connection sucks! The bed sheets, pillows and blankets were really old and smudgy.
Pros: Large clean room with good location.
Cons: Staff not welcoming - I felt like more of a nuisance than a paying guest. Room had no hot water and no cable TV. Staff spoke no English so were of no help at all.
Pros: Not much at all. Hospitality substandard
Cons: Looking dated. Decor and bathroom in my room needs an upgrade. Breakfast service not good
