We loved everything about this hotel. The staff, facilities and general ambiance were fantastic. The hotel was right in the centre of Madrid and we were able to walk everywhere. The glass bar serves really nice food and drinks and the rooftop bar was a great place to chill out in the afternoon.
The only thing we didn’t like was that the rooftop bar wasn’t open every day (closed Monday and Tuesday in winter - and only open 1pm-9pm Wednesday-Sunday)

The mini bar in the room was free, the bed and pillows were excellent. The bathroom products were good quality. The rooms are soundproofed so absolutely perfect.

Beautiful, chic hotel!
Top notch for a European hotel in terms of cleanliness and design. The location is not ideal, but taxis were easy to come by. Architecturally it's stunning.
The rooftop pool is subpar (tiny) and has woefully inadequate seating.
