    Spa was closed for renovations would have been nice to know that before. Also website said reservations included free tickets to the Prado Museum. We had trouble booking online and instead booked via phone directly with the hotel. Therefore they refused to give us the Prado tickets because it was a web only promotion. Terrible way to treat guests.

    Beautiful but flawed

    Design, decor, and room size

    Breakfast is a rip off. We ordered one omelette, two coffees m, two juices, and some fruit...60 euros!!!! When we complained we were told the charge was per person because we ordered two items. They refused to refund any portion of the sub-par, over priced meal. Left an awful taste in our mouth regarding the whole stay.

    Jorge and the concierge/desk staff was incredibly helpful. The spa is stunning and calming. The location is great.

    Towels and bathrobes could use an upgrade.
