Marta was excellent. She called for dinner reservations to a wonderful restaurant. She also showed us many places to see around the city. She called a cab for us when we were leaving and it arrived exactly on time. She was friendly and kind. We had a wonderful stay.

Cons (-) We are a family of 5 with 3 children ages 13, 10 and 6. We wanted to stay in a room together so we chose a family room with 2 twin beds and bunk beds. At check in, they would not let us all stay in one room. We had to buy another room at the desk. I would understand if it were 5 adults trying to stay in one room together, but with 3 of those being children, they should have let us all stay togethe...
