Cons (-) They advertised a gym with a sauna, and both days I was there they were both out of order. I managed to convince the staff to let me use the gym and they did try to fix the sauna to their credit.

Pros (+) Discovered bedbugs before going to sleep. Had to pack up my belongings in the middle of the night and move hotels. Staff had said they were going to pass along my contact information to the manager. Days later and I've heard from nobody.
