Pros (+) The room was good and spacious. Toilets were clean and room service was prompt. However, the rooms require maintenance as some wooden structures covering the corner edges of the walls were almost broken and could come out anytime.
Cons (-) 1. The behavior of reception staff was just plain with no greetings with smile or anything like "hospitality" but that can be also a cultural thing in Spain. 2. The most irritating thing was the air-conditioning controller on the wall because it's display was not working properly so I couldn't know what temperature is the AC set on, so I just pressed the buttons up and down until I felt it was col...
