Pros. Rooms were very clean and while smaller, furniture set up allowed for a roomie feel. Bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. Could use a few more hangers in the closet for those of us who stayed a bit longer. Balcony room was the way to go for views of the city.
Cons. Didn’t replenish water in the minibar in my room daily which is a nice to have item. WiFi didn’t work at all anywhere in the hotel. Front desk staff was mediocre at best, lacking any appreciation for us staying and the service in the restaurant for breakfast was a bit chaotic. Nobody seemed to know the real price of the buffet and the set up lacked flow causing lots of traffic jams.
Pros. Friendliness of staff. Good variety of breakfast available. Professional look throughout the hotel, all aspects. The location is amazing, so close to so many bars and restaurants. Bus stop just around the corner, which you can take straight to the football stadium.
Pros. Great location, close to anything and anywhere you want to be in Madrid.
Cons. The room was too small.
Pros. Close to everywhere and clean room
Cons. Nothing to dislike
