Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions and amenities. The staff received many compliments for being friendly, attentive, and helpful, with several guests highlighting specific employees for outstanding service. Cleanliness was also noted positively, with rooms described as tidy and well-maintained. However, the absence of an elevator was a recurring inconvenience, especially for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Some guests felt the value for price was lacking, citing outdated facilities or high costs during peak events. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.
