We had 2 experiences(15-16 and 17-18). The first night, with breakfast included, good apartment, nothing to complain about (except for the check in that started a few minutes late). The second time the check started late again, there were not enough towels for 4 people (I asked for more, but did not get) and the shower support was broken so that we had to hold it. Besides that, we had a good experience.
