Pros (+) The staff was super helpful and really accommodating. Even though check in isn't until 3, you can leave your bags at the hotel for free. They gave me a map of the city and a free travel card that works for the buses and metro in Luzern. The bed was comfortable and they had great body wash/shampoo in the shower. Other reviews stated that there's a small elevator, and they're right! It's the smalles...
Cons (-) No AC, and only one of the windows opened all the way. The only top covers on the bed was a big duvet, which was very comfortable, except that since it was summer it was much too warm already. A sheet would've been more appropriate. I was also woken up at 7am by construction on the street. Since there was no AC I had to keep my window open and it was quite loud (it was too loud even with the windo...
