Pros (+) The staff was super helpful and really accommodating. Even though check in isn't until 3, you can leave your bags at the hotel for free. They gave me a map of the city and a free travel card that works for the buses and metro in Luzern. The bed was comfortable and they had great body wash/shampoo in the shower. Cons (-) No AC, and only one of the windows opened all the way. The only top covers on the bed was a big duvet, which was very comfortable, except that since it was summer it was much too warm already. A sheet would've been more appropriate.
