Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location near restaurants and businesses. Many also enjoyed the breakfast, mentioning it was good or delicious. However, cleanliness was a major concern for several guests, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, outdated facilities, and maintenance issues. While some found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the amenities, others noted problems with lighting, bathroom conditions, and safety. Overall, the positives centered on service, location, and breakfast, but cleanliness and upkeep need significant improvement.
