Pros (+) The moment we checked in, we were greeted by such wonderful and nice staff. The beds were soft and comfortable. The thermostat to the room was a bonus! What we appreciated most about our stay was the complimentary breakfast-everything from waffles, fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels, oatmeal and more.
Cons (-) Our room key didn't work at first. It was a bit of a hassle having to drag your luggage and make it to the fourth floor just to discover that your room key doesn't work. However, they were able to get it fixed soon as we informed them and were very apologietic about it.
