Pros (+) I liked the location. It was center to a lot downtown.
Cons (-) I was welcomed friendly upon arrival. As an Asian American during these times, I would’ve expected some less scrutiny when I walked in. It was a little to unwelcoming for what it needed to bed.

Pros (+) I totally enjoyed the ambiance of the district. It was beautiful.
Cons (-) Free parking. It’s ridiculous they charge so much for parking

Alexander, Feb 2019
Pros (+) A heavenly night's sleep every night and an intelligent automated elevator system to prevent the "checkout rush hour waiting disaster." All the staff went above and beyond when they realised I had a rough time following the luggage mis-routing during the first two nights of stay.

Pros (+) Green option to get points, guest services, room was clean, nice gym
Cons (-) Nothing too serious. Weak shower water pressure, some light bulbs were out... maybe brand bath products?

Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) Forced to use service elevator as normal were out, the service elevator dropped multiple feet scaring all inside, then there was no power in the room and sat in darkness. We left halfway through the night.
