Cons (-) Not too clean. Not too quiet. The phone rang several times in the middle of the night. Will likely avoid if passing through ever again.

Pros (+) I did not like anything about this hotel
Cons (-) Hotel room had damages. It was dirty. The power went out and we weren’t accomodated at all for the inconvenience but had to find another hotel in order to be able to take a shower.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and courteous. Close to Universal studios.
Cons (-) The first room we got smelled really bad. There were stains on the bed and the furniture was old and worn. Overall feel of the room was awful. I complained to the front desk and they upgraded my room for a discounted price. There wasn'tmuch difference between the new suite and the old room except it didnt smell as bad and there was more room. But overall there were were still stains on the bedding...

Cons (-) It was cheaper than other options and not too far from everything. The housekeeping did a very poor job of cleaning and restocking. They opened the windows and balcony while we were gone, I assume to air it out, but this made us feel unsafe when we got back to our room. Someone could easily have stepped into the window to steal all our things or worse.
