Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, several guests express disappointment with the cleanliness of the rooms, citing issues such as unpleasant odors and lack of thorough cleaning. Room size is another concern, with some finding the accommodations smaller than expected. Noise from neighboring rooms or the surrounding area is also mentioned as a drawback by a few guests. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, improvements in cleanliness, room size, and noise insulation are needed.
