Pros (+) After the check-in and first night, the staff were great. Shout-out to Mary who really made us feel at home.
Cons (-) The check in was terrible. We reserved a room with double beds. When we got there in the evening (~7pm) we were told that they only had a room with a king bed and be thankful that you have that. They said they have a couch and that they would send up some pillows and sheets. Never happened. Called but no luck...they just could find anything extra...really!!!
