Appreciated the free toiletries. Nice staff. Room was very spacious. 3rd floor room and the elevator being operational or not was always a surprise. Front desk offered to move us to the 2nd floor but that wasn’t terribly helpful for my husband with a bad back. Hot water in the evening was not always available. AC unit was on its last legs. Beds were pretty painful.
