this was my second stay there I chose it for the location Friendly staff ( morning shift) Clean rooms
Old rooms , toilet was ok after they fix it but I noticed too much noise from reception I could here them talking at midnight my room was in first floor not really good one since you have noise in the night and kitchen smell from early morning No free bottle of water was given during my stay?! as in other five star hotel !!
Our 4-members family stayed 4-nights in two "deluxe Double Rooms" (N. 808 & 809). Although booking.com refers to room size 20 m2, I doubt if these rooms exceed 12 m2 each. As a result, our stay was very disturbing. There was a small desk in the entrance hallway. If one of us was sitting the other could not go out or even go to the bathroom. There was no space even to put our luggage. Obviously I protested asking for larger rooms but of course the response was postponing and ultimately negative. Unfortunately, I had prepaid the whole amount. I do not understand how this hotel was rated with five stars, if this is true - as I noticed that there was no ordinary sign at the hotel entrance. Apart from the breakfast area, there was no other provision such as a bar, lounge or seating area. Access to the rooms was taking place between the tables of the breakfast hall. We had breakfast and the cleaning staff was passing by. I was really disappointed with booking.com misleading information.
