I loved everything about your hotel it was my husband 70 birthday and you left us a little note in are room with a birthday message and balloons lovely touch made us feel very welcome very friendly staff fantastic position for the theaters and had an amazing meal at the L Oscar we will return x
Cocktails very expensive
The staff are extremely amazing booking pulled a fast on me and switch my check-in day to one day later than the intended day without me realizing, the staff were welcoming and accommodating they went above and beyond to fix the issue without overcharging me they helped with getting my suit pressed even-though it was the end of the day they pulled the maps contacted all the nearby shops and got me a map and showed me how to get there before the last shops closes. All in all the front desk is something to be envied i like to thank them all Rooms had wireless bluetooth radio speakers cool one with alarm clock and all the bells and whistles The location was really a plus near by all places you would need and yet not where it’s crowded with cars i was surprised. the lobby was vibrant modern and had lots of people from all walks of life really a joy just to set in Just dont order their late it’s horrible.
Getting to your room from the elevator is a puzzle. the corridors are from a horror movie or a nightmare you would get in your worst nights really creepy. The caffe late in the lobby was horrible beyond description and the cup it was offered in was as worse
Great location and stylish bedroom
Rooms are small but OK - not as small as the Z hotels though
Area was excellent and rooms are very clean
Was hard to get a drink and sit down before we went out, mainly with people skanking the free WiFi
Good sleeping. Tiny room but well equipped.
Breakfast to scarce
