Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it ideal for travelers using public transport or the Eurostar. Cleanliness and daily housekeeping were frequently highlighted, as was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews noted that the rooms and bathrooms are quite small and can be uncomfortable for larger guests or those with lots of luggage. The lack of an elevator and air conditioning, especially during hot weather, were also common complaints. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is considered a good value for its location and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
