Breakfast is anazing
Radiators always on and room very hot.
The location is excellent. Well served by transport, supermarkets, restaurants, shops. The breakfast was included in the price (variety over quality, though)
The room was very basic and tiny for a double. I went with my 8yrs old daughter and it we felt cramped. The only thing we could do was to lie in bed! But we only went for a couple of days so we could live with that. However, a gentleman related to the owner of the hotel, came and open our room's door every morning even when we were there! He didn't apologise just shouted at me for not hanging the 'don't disturb' sign on the door. I'm not sure what his role was. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful, but this gentleman ruined the whole experience. Not coming back.
Location was very convenient
Very friendly staff. Good breakfast to start the day. Great location for Kensington museums
Room was a bit grubby, spare pillow had no pillowcase and very grubby.
Room very basic but I slept well. Cooked breakfast tasted fine but was very small (served on a side plate), I was however given plenty of toast. Shower more of a drizzle but when it warmed up it did the job. Very friendly welcome from reception. Was a fine stay for the money. Great location
Tea was stone cold.
