As always, our stay was perfect. This hotel is an absolute gem, the staff are wonderful and nothing whatsoever was at fault!
Pros:Everything was wonderful. A delightful experience. The location is perfect and the ambiance is outstanding. We loved the restaurant.

Pros:Beautiful boutique hotel but also good for families. Breakfast included for Marriott platinum. Drinks every afternoon. Dining room has good food.
Cons:Rooms are smallish. No drawers, lacks space in bathroom for toiletries. At the moment there is a lot of construction so request courtyard view.

Pros:We were treated very well by all of the staff. The concierge, Juan, was extremely helpful and thorough. We tried high tea for the first time and it was terrific. Well worth the price. We would love to stay at St Ermin's again when we return to London.
Cons:The internet worked for my husband and my daughter, but not for me. I believe it may have been an issue with my phone, though
Pros:We loved the hotel. Our only "but" was the size of our room; it was a superb room in every way but size. I found out later that this is their standard room; we could, however, upgrade to any of an assortment of bigger rooms or suites for a fee. Since there were none available, we didn't get to check these out. Our rate included breakfast which was splendid, with a large variety of both cold and hot items. We highly recommend it. We will definitely return to St. Ermin's on our next trip to London.
Pros:Convenient location - 8 mins walk to Westminster Abbey / Big Ben, 12 mins to Trafalgar Square, 15 mins to Buckingham Palace. Overall comfortable facility, very well appointed. Quality and variety of breakfast buffet options was excellent. Staff service was exceptional!
Cons:Soft mattresses end up with low spots, which is tough for people that require more back support. Bed in my room had such low spots on both sides. Narrow bath tub was a bit slippery to stand in, step out of without a convenient grab handle for balance.
