Pros (+) Most Amazing location, a minute walk to Bayswater tube Station. Great staff, fantastic service. Clean, well appointed rooms. A nice relaxed atmosphere.
Cons (-) Bed dipped in the middle and the curtains didn't fully shut meaning the room was bright from very early.

Pros (+) They did not give me the deluxe room I reserved but a roon in a "sister" hotel which is mot the same as the one I was shown. They should be honest about what you are getting
